Does someone need to be home during the cleanup?
No. As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform the cleanup while you're away. We'll send a text notification and a photo of your closed gate when we're finished.

What if my dog is in the yard?
We love dogs! However, if your dog is aggressive or doesn't allow our technicians to enter the yard, we ask that you keep them inside on cleanup days. If our techs feel unsafe, we may have to skip the visit.

Do you work in the rain and winter?
Yes, we work year-round. We only stop for extreme weather conditions like lightning or dangerous snow accumulation. If we miss a day, we'll notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.

We bag all waste and dispose of it responsibly in your designated outdoor trash bin or remove it from the premises entirely depending on your local regulations and plan selection.
